when you want to buy a home you must consider some things very seriously.First consideration is your. Is your neighbor well enough to help you in your danger?And the the placing of your house . IS it placed in good position for air passing?
And then look at your house which you want to buy.
SO be ready to choose a good one.

Good tips ..but that's is not sufficient for home buyer.
There are some another tips for home buyer
1. Check the selling prices of comparable homes in your area.
2. See what you can afford.
3. Find out what your total monthly housing cost would be, including taxes and homeowners insurance.
4. Find out how much you'll likely pay in closing costs.
5. Look at your budget and determine how a house fits into it.
6. Talk to reputable real-estate agents in your area about the real-estate climate.
It may be help full for home buyer.

i am agree with above posts because when you go for buying a new home then very important thing is the home is airy or not. and second thing is what type of your neighbors. if you find good neighbor then it is very good for you.

Laeeque Ahmad offered my wife fake pay stubs. He created them for him and now we are in trouble. Laeeque says he had no involvement and do not recall doing any such thing. The banks called us in because they found out. What should we do ? We do not know where to complain and lawyers cost a lot of money.
Fake pay stubs can put you in jail. It’s a no no… Maybe next time someone needs to record this dudes activity. Probably a sting operation by the RCMP.
